New Hampshire & South Central Colorado Senior Portrait Photographer
Specialized in
creating classic images of your senior’s unique
Personality, Fun and Beauty
Lets keep it easy and fun while wrapping it up by including both digitals and prints to hold onto for years to come.
Senior portraits are an important time for almost every student. We know this is a milestone in the life of each and every person. As parents, we look back at our own yearbook photos and laugh at our funny hairstyles and funky clothing. As high school seniors, we want to look our best and have the most dynamic photo that can be produced. I always work my hardest to ensure every teen is comfortable and that the photographs I produce for them will show their personality. A portrait to treasure for a lifetime! Lets keep it easy and fun while wrapping it up by including both digitals and prints to hold onto for years to come.
Senior sessions are the perfect way to celebrate who your senior is right now! We will make sure to capture that classic smile at the camera picture but then things will lighten up and we will have some fun making sure to capture their real personality, interests and accomplishments.
Every senior session is custom designed for the experience you want. From the length of the session, outfit changes and location choices we can go big or keep it simple – whatever fits your senior best.
Tell me a little about your senior – what they are wanting for their photos and we can start planning the perfect session
The Process
Booking your session
Contact me and we can go over everything! Fill out my quick form so I know where you are in this process. I will want to know your special requests, how we can make them happen and offer suggestions as well. I will check in with you along the way for any updates and guidance.
The day of the session
The day is here! If you are coming to the NH lakes region studio or if I am meeting you on location, please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Especially if your senior is nervous it will give us time to get comfortable with each other as well as any dressing or last minute prep. Most importantly, after rushing to get out of your house, its a time to just breath and lets have some fun!
Gallery review & ordering
After your session we will review your gallery of finished images and I’ll guide you through choosing your products for printing to be sure they don’t get pushed to the side for later. Everyone will walk away with digitals AND prints. (This takes place typically about 7-10 days after your session).
Pricing & Information
$175 Retainer fee at booking
The $175 Retainer Fee covers Jen’s time and talent and is required to reserve your session date and time.
Prints and digital products are purchased separately after you receive your gallery and have viewed your images. All Collections include both digital images and print credit starting at $350. This allows you the opportunity to view your images first and select what best suits your family.
FAQ
How do I book a photography session with you?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through my website, email, or phone. I will guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or at my NH studio, I am open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you or your senior.
How long does a typical photo session last?
The duration of a photo session varies depending on the scope of the project. Senior sessions range from 45-90 minutes, I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure your senior feels relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final portraits. My editing process typically takes 7-10 days, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations. Once they are complete, I will reach out to schedule your viewing appointment with me either in person or via zoom/teams.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your portraits, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

When should I schedule my senior session?
Make sure to check when your yearbook deadline is. You will want to schedule your photos at least 1 month before your deadline. Most seniors will do their photos the summer before their senior year. If you want to wait for a fall session I would still plan to reach out early (in the summer) because fall is such a busy time of year for photos so we can find a date that will work!
Can I bring different outfits and props?
Yes! I’d suggest at least two outfits. One more formal and one casual everyday outfit that really looks like you. If you have specific interests like an instrument or sports incorporating those for some photos is always a good idea. These photos are all about documenting this time in your life so any and all special items (the more unusual the better) are always welcome!
Hi - I'm Jen!
Documenting your treasured life moments since 2008!
Welcome! I am so happy you are here and taking the first steps of looking for a professional photographer. Whether it be for your growing family, the beginning of your love story, or even to update your headshots, I hope to be the one to help you!
I started this journey rather haphazardly right out of high school in 1993 simply looking for a seasonal job to help pay for rent and that quickly lead me to a career in managing busy portrait studios. After starting my own family and quickly realizing working 10 and 12 hour shifts, missing so many treasured life moments of my own kids, I decided to break out and start my own business in 2008.
Decades later, with a ton of online, in person classes, certifications and self training, I am still here, loving every part of this. Meeting so many unique and beautiful people and helping to tell their stories is what keeps me coming back for more!
Let me help you transform life’s sweetest moments into both digital images to come back to forever and also tangible heirlooms to treasure in your hands (or on your walls) for a lifetime.
