How long does it take for me to see my portraits?
A password protected online gallery will be emailed within about 7-10 days of your session.
How many portraits will be provided for me to choose from?
The typical session will yield
anywhere from 25-40 fully edited images to select from.
How do I order and what if I want more?
Instructions will be provided to you when you receive the invite to view your finished gallery on how to order your digital images as well as how to order your professionally printed items using your FREE print credit. There will also be information about how to order more or upgrade to another package.
For outdoor sessions, how do you pick the location?
If you decide to have your session outdoors instead of in studio, I do
have several locations that I can recommend depending on the look
that you have in mind, but I am always open to your ideas too! I do
charge minimal travel fees for anything outside 30 minutes of travel
from Barnstead NH.
What happens if it rains?
I will be keeping a close eye on the weather for the area we
selected. If for any reason that we are going to have a wash out, I
will contact you directly the evening prior to reschedule for another
date or time that will work for everyone. If moving to another date is not possible, the studio is always available as well. No reschedule fees.
Where is your studio?
Our studio is located in the Lakes Region of NH just south of Alton Bay in Barnstead.
How will I receive my digital images?
Once your digital images and prints are ordered, downloads will be available right from the same gallery. A separate email will be sent to you instructing you how to download and confirming your prints have been ordered.
What is a Print Credit?
A print credit is a free amount credited towards ordering any professional prints through me. These can be for large format prints, framed and matted prints, metal prints or custom albums.
Do you charge a session fee or additional fee's for larger groups?
No session fees. All my pricing is all inclusive with session time, any amount of subjects, editing as well as products as indicated in your package.
